Software License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is entered into between you and Solutions Codexalia Inc. regarding the NotifyThis software. By installing or using the software, you accept the terms below.

1. License grant

Solutions Codexalia Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, free and revocable license to install and use NotifyThis on your devices, for personal or professional purposes.

2. Restrictions

• You may not sell, rent, or redistribute the software for a fee.
• You may not decompile or reverse-engineer it, except to the extent permitted by law.
• You may not remove proprietary notices (name, logo, copyright).

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain those of Solutions Codexalia Inc.

4. Your data

The notes and reminders you create are stored locally on your device and belong to you. It is your responsibility to back them up.

5. Limited warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without any warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

Solutions Codexalia Inc. cannot be held liable for any damage, including data loss, arising from the use of the software.

7. Termination

The license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. You must then stop all use and uninstall the software.

8. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the province of Québec and Canada.
